This video is about educating individuals to pay attention to their bodies and their health, recognizing that our bodies give us warning signs and signals, and it’s up to us to take heed of those warnings, so that we can prevent further health issues or loss of life. Too often people get comfortable living on fast food diets, consuming artificial sweetners, and foods high in fats on a daily basis, purely and simply out of laziness. People would rather invest in new clothes than invest in enhancing their health. And although most may not recognize the negative effects of poor eating habits immediately, eventually like compound interest they will see and experience an effect.
We are unfortunately experiencing not just an economical and financial crisis, but we’re also facing a major health crisis, increasing rates of life threatening diseases rising in astounding numbers.And despite what the news, magazines and media is conveying people are still ignoring the warnings. I’n not sure if this is a result of people’s ignorance or pure neglect, but we’ve got to make a shift to change the epidemic we are facing as a country and also globally. Without our health we have absolutley nothing, so why would we not invest in eating better so we can live healthier, wealthier lives? I was inspired a long time ago to learn how to recognize opportunities when they were presented to me. What do I mean by this?
