FEAR VERSUS CHANGE & STRUGGLE VERSUS ABUNDANCE:

July 1st, 2010

While I am unable to specifically answer the question that many ask, which is why are so many people struggling, while so many others are living abundantly? What I can respond to is based on my knowledge, personal experience and understanding as to why some will achieve and some will not. Being that I lived in that place of lack at one point in my life, I understand how we get entrapped in the robotic life of mediocrity, while living within the confinements of our internal prisons. Why you may ask? The answer to that question is quite simple, FEAR!!! Because most people live unconsciously, they are oblivious to the reality of their circumstances until they are in a crisis state of being. This occurs because people become comfortable in their zones of their discomfort. This simply means they would rather struggle, while living in the psychosis of their insanity rather than experience CHANGE!

FEAR & CHANGE…! Ultimately go hand in hand because with change comes fear and most fear change! What we have is a paradoxical dilemma because there is no life without change, which means if change is inevitable and it ignites fear then how are we to help people to understand how to navigate through the change they will and must face in throughout the journey of their lives? Fear means to me Faithfully, Elevating our Action to Reap a positive result. In other words the goal is to turn fear inside out by teaching people how face fear and annihilate it’s false power. Because in and of itself, fear has no power!

We can simply look in the mirror at ourselves and see the picture reflected back at us and say out loud, fear has no power over me…! When we can recognize the illusion of fear that lives within the sub-conscious soil of our minds, we can then finally battle its invasion into our conscious minds. Once we are able to overcome this illusionary dilemma that takes up residence within us, we will finally regain the courage within us to face the inevitable Changes along our journey. Here is something I personally learned and that is change will come, change will happen with or without us! Change will bring messages disguised in pain, sometimes tragedies or disasters and other times it will show up in joy, wealth, abundance and love. Change will signal us that out attention is needed but sometimes people will ignore the signals, other times people will deny their attention is needed. Whatever they choose there will be an outcome resulting from change!

Does it make sense to actually live in fear or to allow fear to consume and paralyze your truth? Absolutely not!!! It’s time for us to take ownership and responsibility for our choices and the outcome we have created in our lives, because our life requires us to make some truly difficult decisions at times, but what we achieve and accomplish will solely depend what we choose to do next…!

Those that struggle have chosen to allow Fear to invade the reality of their truth and those that rise in spite of struggle have chosen to evict fear by simply making a decision to make a shift in their thoughts and beliefs…! Struggle and Abundance is a matter of choice!

I welcome your comments and responses and stay tune for the next Blog article…!

And remember in order to achieve the Results you desire, you must take the Action steps that will manifest the outcome you seek!!!

Thank you for visiting my Blog!

SHADOWS OF FEAR:

June 9th, 2010

Have you ever wondered why most people choose to hide behind the shadows of their fears? Why they accept below average lives with below average results? I realized that most people find it easier to hide behind the shadows of their fears because they are fearful of looking in the mirror and facing themselves because they have lived a lie for most of their lives. From childhood we begin to accept the false identities, the imposters we give power to take control of our lives, the imposters that we’ve allowed to plant negativity and self doubt within our minds because we were too young to differentiate our truth from the lies.

But eventually as time progressed and we grew into adulthood, these seeds of fear and doubt which, were planted consistently into our minds, has taken on a life of its own, and most often we are un-conscious of its existence, because our sub-conscious minds is so use to this way of thinking, responding and being. Our sub-conscious mind does not know the difference from our healthy or unhealthy thoughts, it only responds to what it’s fed positive or negative. No differently than the foods we feed our bodies daily, regardless of our intentions; if we intend to eat healthy but we eat poorly, our health will respond and suffer accordingly.

Thus the reason most people live unhealthy, unfilled lives, constantly seeking for fulfillment outside of themselves, only to realize they keep doing the same thing and they keep getting the same result, although they are expecting a different outcome. This is the constant state of insanity our world lives in day in and day out. We accept less than we are and the sad part about it is we believe that’s all we deserve! How do we begin to break the repetitive cycle of living a below average life with below average results? I believe we must begin to open our eyes and become aware, that we are choosing to live in the confinements of our self-inflicted prison and beliefs of lack and fear. When we can recognize where we are standing in our present journey, only then can we gain insight and clarity on how to break the cycle and how to get from where we are and where we desire to be. We must step out of the past and into standing in the present of our lives before we can move forward into a transformational shift. We must release our old baggage, meaning our old way of thinking, being and believing and create a new language of thinking, being and believing.

We must begin to pull all the dead weeds of lack from within our sub-conscious minds and re-plant new seeds of abundance, self-love, acceptance and truth into the soil of our souls before we can begin the re-birth of a new beginning. After so many years of living in our shadows we now have our free will to choose, we no longer have to accept what others said 20, 10 or 5 years ago to begin planting those lies into the soil of our souls. We can begin to remember how powerful we are and break the mental shackles of FEAR that has held us hostage for most of our lives…! We can now decide and choose to live abundantly, truthfully, lovingly and faithfully…!

Overcomming Fear

December 27th, 2009

It’s amazing how many people have convinced themselves that fear is their normal way of living because they have adapted to a personal relationship with the fear they have given birth to. What we must understand is fear plays more than one role in our lives! Fear shows up to make us aware of something we may be in denial of or not ready to face and it can show up and spread like a disease, paralyzing our ability to think rationally or it can show up to warn us that danger is lurking.

Fear does not discriminate it only attaches to the things we give power and life to, positive or negative!  Such as unhealthy relationships, un-forgiveness, anger, resentment but also success, love, happiness, joy and many other unhealed emotions and feelings or empowering emotions and experiences. In other words fear can be our greatest motivator or our greatest de-motivator, based on where and how we choose to house our beliefs!

We can only learn to differentiate based on if we are responing from our ego base fear or our inner intuitive voice, when we learn to channel our energy and focus on our inner being.  Because when we are experiencing fulfillment within our lives the negative committee of fear will get together without missing a beat and decide how they are going to rob and steal your joy and your dreams. But only you can position all of your spiritual warriors of conscious awareness to deter it’s entry. But we must also be aware that when we are entering into a danger zone or fear, our intuitive voice will signal us that danger is approaching and we must slow down, stop or detour to another route.  But most of us in both instances will choose to ignore the warning signs and most often it’s too late when we decide to make a decision to pay attention because the damage has been done.

But the wonderful thing about life is as long as we breath we have the free will to change the path we choose to walk, we may not have the ability to see what will happen from one moment to another into the future, but we do have the power and free will to choose the life we live and the dreams we manifest into reality.  We will overcome fear when we learn to move out of our past and move into our present!

The Movement Of Change!

November 27th, 2008

Wherever we are in our lives or whatever we’re experiencing change is inevitable! We are born as babies, we change into toddlers, a young child, then our teenage years begin, and here we are as adults. What’s next??? Most people are not prepared for the change which creeps upon them unexpectedly, without warning. Because they are so busy attending to their outside world they are unaware of the signals warning them that change is coming. As long as we breathe change will find us, and sometimes the effects of that change may be perceived as a negative experience. But in reality the change occurred to bring about a shift in consciousness; because too often we are walking around in a dream like state, oblivious to our surroundings or an awareness of who we are. Without change, imagine what our world would be like, dreams would never be a reality, because we would always stay stuck in our old habits, patterns and behaviors. We would still be living in a world where people had no rights. Change is the very foundation upon which we grow and evolve as spiritual beings, walking this human journey ultimately to learn the very essence of who we are and the power of love which our very existence originates from.

Here is where we sabotage every aspect of our lives! We are so afraid to step out of the familiar zones which we have become so comfortable with, we paralyze and block our blessings. These patterns lead us into dead end jobs, dysfunctional relationships, abusive behaviors and many other destructive patterns. We must begin to realize that our true potential rest in our ability to surrender and let go, and allow the unlimited opportunities in the universe to meet and join with our souls. Just as the trees must shed its leaves and the seasons must change; we too must continuously position and reposition ourselves along the path of our lives, to allow ourselves to blossom and grow through the constant evolution of change. Even if we did nothing, change will still happen! Our focus should not be to resist change but embrace its presence, because weather we choose to cooperate with the different aspects of change we experience within our lives it will happen with or without our approval.

Take technology for instance, just a few short years ago computers did not exist, cell phones did not exist, but here we are moving beyond what some can grasp as their reality. But those, which have accepted the inevitable realm of change, have tapped into their inner passions and allowed themselves to begin following their True Divine Purpose. Meaning they are creatively evolving with the very change within their bodies, mind and spirit! This is where the brilliance of such technology is unfolding and emerging, or the miracles of holistic and modern medicine. The human mind can move a single object if focused upon through the development of our minds. We can create change in an instant if we chose to! This is why we witness millionaires being born during what they call a recession. Why is that, because they have chosen to use change as a means to enrich and enhance their lives in spite of their external circumstances? Here is a prime example that millions of Americans have faced and are presently facing, the lost of their jobs and their homes. Although this experience can be painful, fearful and stressful for most, it is an opportunity for change; if only you can step out of the outcome of this change and stop panicking, you would recognize the blessings within the very change itself. Maybe the ultimate outcome of what appears to be filled with fear is the perfect opportunity to receive a better job, or start that business you’ve always wanted. It’s limitless and the timing couldn’t be better if only you trust and belief with absolute faith and conviction!

“Stop allowing what you believe to be your limitations, to be your reality! Embrace change as your opportunity to finally achieve your dreams!”

Living Your Divine Purpose

November 11th, 2008

Living Your Divine Purpose is all about finding who you are!  Knowing where you’re from in order to know where you are going.  The journey begins when you make a conscious decision to take Action Towards Achieving Your Dreams!

Most individuals live in fear of life itself, they cripple themselves by the thoughts they carry consistently within their minds as a result of Fear.  If your thoughts are not aligned with the very things you seek, you will inevitably move in the opposite direction of Living A Purpose, Passion Filled Life!

Your life is a gift to accept with gratitude and embrace each moment.  Learn to enjoy the journey!

Don’t spend your life running, trying to get to your destination while missing the extraordinary blessings along the way.  Understand the lessons you are meant to learn in every challenge and adversity, because if you deny taking responsibilty for your life, you will continue to repeat making the same self-destructive choices and decisions.

Take time each day to pray and meditate.  This will give you the spiritual stillness needed to quiet your mind in order to hear your own inner voice.  The reality is most people spend their lives running only to end up where they began.

Everyone is in a hurry to get everything immediately without realizing everything is a process, in which we must all follow before we can take the next step.  Just like children, they creep before they walk!

We must also take one step at a time and grasp the full essence of who we are and what we are trying to accomplish.  Have faith in all that you do , believing you can accomplish anything you desire.  Finding Your Purpose will allow you to find your truth, the reason you are here on this earth.

If we could all remember that we are spiritual beings existing in a human body, we will understand that we are all here for a Purpose, not just by chance.  We are in a global transformation, a shift in human consciousness!

Many have made a conscious decision to continue living their lives in darkness, while others are scrambling for answers to their Life’s Purpose.  The reality is many will be called within their own spiritual consciousness but few will choose to listen to their calling to find the bigger existence of who they truly are.

Most are afraid to look at themselves in the mirror becuase they are afraid to see the hidden truth about themselves.  The person they’ve chosen to accept as their authentic self, whild hiding behind the mask of fear, doubt and illusions!

This universe provides for us everthing we could possibly need, there is enough for every human being; yet we are constantly living in greed, envy and hatred towards each other.  We’ve forgotten who we are!

It’s time to wake up, it’s time to live, it’s time to heal, it’s time to Love ourselves and each other.  It’s time to eradicate the darkness with light, so we can truly begin to Live Our True Divine Purpose!!!!
