It’s amazing how many people have convinced themselves that fear is their normal way of living because they have adapted to a personal relationship with the fear they have given birth to. What we must understand is fear plays more than one role in our lives! Fear shows up to make us aware of something we may be in denial of or not ready to face and it can show up and spread like a disease, paralyzing our ability to think rationally or it can show up to warn us that danger is lurking.

Fear does not discriminate it only attaches to the things we give power and life to, positive or negative!  Such as unhealthy relationships, un-forgiveness, anger, resentment but also success, love, happiness, joy and many other unhealed emotions and feelings or empowering emotions and experiences. In other words fear can be our greatest motivator or our greatest de-motivator, based on where and how we choose to house our beliefs!

We can only learn to differentiate based on if we are responing from our ego base fear or our inner intuitive voice, when we learn to channel our energy and focus on our inner being.  Because when we are experiencing fulfillment within our lives the negative committee of fear will get together without missing a beat and decide how they are going to rob and steal your joy and your dreams. But only you can position all of your spiritual warriors of conscious awareness to deter it’s entry. But we must also be aware that when we are entering into a danger zone or fear, our intuitive voice will signal us that danger is approaching and we must slow down, stop or detour to another route.  But most of us in both instances will choose to ignore the warning signs and most often it’s too late when we decide to make a decision to pay attention because the damage has been done.

But the wonderful thing about life is as long as we breath we have the free will to change the path we choose to walk, we may not have the ability to see what will happen from one moment to another into the future, but we do have the power and free will to choose the life we live and the dreams we manifest into reality.  We will overcome fear when we learn to move out of our past and move into our present!

Have you ever wondered why so many people become stuck in the procrastination trap setting out to accomplish great things, but never accomplishing anything? Procrastination, fear and doubt robs and steals our dreams. But if we remember to look deep within we would come to the realization that nothing can steal our dreams, except if we allow ourselves to let go of the vision of our dreams and give our spiritual power away. We must learn one very important and valuable lesson and that is nothing outside of ourselves can have power over us, except the power we give to it, this includes people, circumstances or things! Why do so many fall prey and victim to procrastination? I believe most people have good intentions, but the missing elements are their desire, focus and belief to do the very thing they believe they cannot do. When we accept this limited way of thinking we open ourselves to the invasion of the negative outside influences. In order to achieve the results we seek we must be ready and willing to take Action…! Without the act of action, every idea and dream evaporates into nothingness! The most successful individuals fall prey to the procrastination trap, but they understand how to navigate through the road blocks and overcome the challenges and the hidden adversities which awaits you around the corner. Most of our communities, families and friends have fallen prey to the procrastination trap; which is why we have a Procrasti-Nation of people struggling to achieve success and the only Action taken is to procrastinate some more; it seems they have all joined forces and decided this is a collective effort and choice to live a below average life, achieving below average results. The best of us have fallen victim to this sub-conscious disease, but the key is to become consciously aware that Procrastination is a dream stealer which originates from the seeds of Fear. What we must all understand is our dreams cannot manifest into reality unless we remove the Procrastin-& take Action. Thoughts without action simply become a passing breeze never felt! When you stop believing you can, you must begin to submerge into your conscious and sub-conscious that you can do anything if only you believe, and you must repeat this consistently as if it were the very breath you needed to live. Stop settling and start being proactive in the movement of your life!!! Stop wasting precious time in the analysis, paralysis mindset and just take one step forward towards your dreams. You don’t always need to know how or why, just take that leap in faith trusting all else will follow…!
