This video is about educating individuals to pay attention to their bodies and their health, recognizing that our bodies give us warning signs and signals, and it’s up to us to take heed of those warnings, so that we can prevent further health issues or loss of life. Too often people get comfortable living on fast food diets, consuming artificial sweetners, and foods high in fats on a daily basis, purely and simply out of laziness. People would rather invest in new clothes than invest in enhancing their health. And although most may not recognize the negative effects of poor eating habits immediately, eventually like compound interest they will see and experience an effect.

We are unfortunately experiencing not just an economical and financial crisis, but we’re also facing a major health crisis, increasing rates of life threatening diseases rising in astounding numbers.And despite what the news, magazines and media is conveying people are still ignoring the warnings. I’n not sure if this is a result of people’s ignorance or pure neglect, but we’ve got to make a shift to change the epidemic we are facing as a country and also globally. Without our health we have absolutley nothing, so why would we not invest in eating better so we can live healthier, wealthier lives? The Beginning Of A New Journey:

Many are still wondering what they going to do for the rest of this year, asking themselves what have they done differently, and will they do differently for the remainder of 2011, because they’ve have fallen short with their goals! Allow me to reaffirm, I believe the past filled with its challenges and adversities, has assisted us in cultivating and planting seeds of abundance, in order to bring forth the fruits of our labor. Some of us had to experience our break-downs and break-throughs before we were able to awaken and open our eyes to see and receive those blessings, which are always ready to abundantly flow into our lives. What I would like to convey is with all of the shifts approaching our lives on a daily basis, we have to clear and deprogram our minds of the old debri and baggage of the past and carry only the lessons that we’ve learned into the future and create New Beginnings on the path of our journey.

Our lives will always shift without warning, sometimes the effects of those shifts can be life changing to most, but ultimately the key is knowing the things that we cannot control can only bring lessons to help direct us into the next phase of our journey. Think of the many natural disasters that often happen without warning and in spite of the damage left behind, most pick up the pieces, embrace their blessings and create New Beginnings. I am not saying these new beginnings come without work but the transformations that we experience is beyond human comprehension. All we need to do is believe and have faith in that which we cannot see with the human eye, and the rest will follow…!

Single Entrepreneurial Women:

If you are a Single Entrepreneurial Woman, you understand what it takes to step out there on Faith and follow your Dreams, while maintaining your individuality and remaining in your truth. I remember when I first stepped out and took that entrepreneurial leap, not knowing what to expect! But I had a vision and a dream to create and achieve something greater for my life. At the time I was working a corporate job and although I did not hate what I was doing, ultimately I did not feel like I was making a profound difference in the lives of others, I kept feeling as if I were stuck between living my dreams or denying them. After many years of working various what most consider good paying jobs, I was nudged and pushed in my spirit until eventually I had to pay attention to what was being spiritually whispered in my heart and soul. I could not ignore that there was a greater calling for my life! So I decided to step out on faith and embark upon a journey to discover my inner soul calling! I will admit ladies I was not fully prepared because as I communicated I stepped out on faith, which means by definition believing in that which, we cannot see with the human eye.

In as much as I was not humanly prepared for the journey I leaped into, spiritually a force beyond my control was constantly directing my footsteps and the choices I made, even when fear kept attempting to intercept. Some thought I was insane and totally out of my mind to walk away from what they called my good paying job, with benefits, I might add…! But making that decision was the most life changing aspect of not only my entrepreneurial journey but also my spiritual journey. Because the challenges I faced thereafter became my greatest lessons to succeed beyond my external circumstances and evolve into an extraordinary spiritual being! It was my faith that ultimately took me onto the path to discovering my True Divine Purpose! “It is said every set back is a set up for a comeback!” I truly felt in moments as if someone had literally set me up for failure but I soon realized the things that appeared to be challenging were actually my greatest blessings and lessons, which allowed me to learn how to not only build character but persevere in spite of the obstacles I faced.

Ladies what I am communicating is the journey may not be an easy path initially, but if you remember that anything you desire will require the application of your willingness, focus, commitment and faith, you will succeed and manifest abundant blessings in every capacity. My goal and my vision is to help empower, teach and inspire you with the experience, knowledge, insight and wisdom I have gained, to step beyond your fears and into your God given gifts, talents, passions and purpose.
